I setup a bank account that shows up in your list. When/how will transactions start showing up?

Do I need to hit refresh somewhere or is it automatic?

Side Note:
When I originally added my bank (Fifth Third), it didn't show a balance so I added a deposit transaction showing my opening balance (so that I could allocate it).

When you first set up your bank account it will automatically download all transactions back to the opening balance date which you can set (by default it is the first day of the current month).

There is no set schedule for downloading transactions automatically. When you log in, simply click the download transactions button shown in the attached screenshot:
